When to Contact our office
Your first contact to our office will be with one of our receptionist who will direct your call to the right person.
For non-emergency calls, such as: medical advice, prescription refills or referrals, please allow 24 hours for us to return your call. We will make every effort to return your call promptly.
If you have an emergency, please call 911.
Weekends and Holidays:
If your child has an urgent problem, please call our regular office phone number. Our phone is forwarded to the on-call physician. When you call during these times, please leave your name, child’s name, the reason for your PHONE call and phone number we can reach you back.
Private insurance patients are encouraged to call ahead before coming to the clinic so we could verify your insurance ASAP. It is recommended that if your child has been scheduled to come for a well child check up that you come on the day that the child has been scheduled. However, for urgent care, please call our office and we can usually see you the same day.
We encourage parents and caregivers to be active and participate in your child’s health and medical needs. As board-certified pediatricians, we provide comprehensive medical care from infancy to adolescence. We look forward to providing you with excellent and quality medical care.
